Efficient management and storage of discontinued stamping presses

To supply A/S parts of the same quality as mass-produced
parts, we operate a newly constructed stamping press
warehouse.
Spanning a total of 14,850 square meters, 3,000 sets of
stamping presses may be stored.

With indoor storage, quality issues that
occur with outdoor stamping press
storage are reduced, the aging of
presses may be prevented, and there
are fewer instances of quality damage
and work failure caused by the entry of
foreign substances.
Reduction in the amount of
maintenance work for stamping
presses, such as cost savings from
reducing unnecessary processes,
improved operation efficiency,
omission of press packaging and
unpacking processes, and rust
removal from presses etc.
Under our stamping press equipment
management system, the anticipative
quality management of presses, the
maintenance of intermittently produced
presses, and quality information
management for the quality
management of multiple products are
